Please be aware that we do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors.

Return and Exchange Eligibility:
We facilitate returns and exchanges for the following scenarios:
Damaged Item Delivered: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the shipment via WhatsApp at +91 77092 64127. Provide images of the damaged product along with the shipping label.
Wrong Item Delivered: In case of receiving the wrong item, contact us within 24-48 hours via WhatsApp at ++91 77092 64127 and share images of the incorrect product along with the shipping label.
Wrong Size Delivered: If you encounter a size issue with the delivered product, follow the same procedure by contacting us via WhatsApp at +91 77092 64127 within 24-48 hours and provide relevant images.
Return and Exchange Period:
Devqala offers a generous 7-day return and exchange policy, allowing you to return or exchange items purchased from www.devqala.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Guidelines for Valid Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:
The product should be in saleable condition with all tags intact and in its original packaging.
The product must be unused.
The product should be in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse and conducting a quality check, we will send you a confirmation email/message.
Please allow us a minimum of 2 to 5 days to arrange the return pickup from your doorstep.
Returns and Exchanges Process:
For a seamless return or exchange process, follow these steps:

- Create a ‘Return Request’ under the “Order History” section of the website. Follow the prompts after clicking the ‘Return’ button. Keep the item ready for pickup or ship it to us based on the return mode.
- We offer a pickup facility for the address used while placing your order.
- Alternatively, you can raise a return request by emailing us at devqalaclothing@gmail.com. Please provide your Order ID, product name, and product SKU code in the email to avoid any confusion. Our courier partner will then pick up the product from your doorstep.
Exchanges:
Devqala offers a 7-day exchange policy for size mismatches or receipt of defective items. We will provide you with a replacement, free of cost, subject to stock availability.
Under the Exchange Policy:
Only size exchanges or defective item exchanges are permitted.
Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we recommend returning it to obtain a refund and purchasing the new item separately.
For International Orders:
Please note that we do not offer free international exchange or return shipping. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.

Note: If your pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to self-ship the goods, and we will reimburse the shipping costs.
