At Devqala, we prioritize safe and timely product delivery. We’ve partnered with renowned Indian and international courier services like Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, DHL, and FedEx to ensure a seamless delivery process.

Once you place an order on our website, we initiate the process. Your item is securely packed and entrusted to our trusted delivery partners. After dispatch, you’ll receive a unique tracking ID via SMS/Email on your registered mobile and email. You can track your order’s status on the courier partner’s official website using this tracking number.

Please allow 4 – 7 working days for delivery within India once the order is dispatched from our warehouse. We typically take 1-3 days to dispatch the shipment after order confirmation.

Domestic and International Shipping

Devqala offers FREE SHIPPING all over India, including both prepaid and cash on delivery (COD) orders. For international orders, additional shipping fees based on parcel weight apply. The total shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Please be aware that many countries impose import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery. It’s advisable to check your country’s tax policies before placing an international order because once the order is placed, we cannot accommodate returns or cancellations for international orders.

In the event that a customer refuses or neglects to pay customs charges for international orders, we won’t be liable for product exchanges, returns, or payment refunds.

Since we ship garments from Jaipur, India, international orders typically take 9-14 working days from the order placement date.

Receiving Order Guidelines

We want your parcel to reach you in perfect condition, so in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, please do not accept it. Instead, record a video and take images of the package. Email us the images and videos along with your order number. We’ll use this information to resolve the issue promptly and settle claims with the shipment agency.
